Le truculent propriétaire débouchera pour vous quelques jolies bouteilles de vin rouge et de vin blanc de différentes cépages, régions et terroirs. De mon panier, je sortirai pain, fromage et autres en-cas faits-maisons… et je vous révèlerai les secrets de la fabrication du vin naturel

Vous découvrirez ainsi l’extraordinaire et surprenante alchimie opérée sur le raisin, par ces magiciens-vignerons, et le plaisir gustatif d’analyser et décortiquer la spécificité de chaque vin, à travers un bouquet de goûts et de saveurs. Vous repartirez enfin avec une ou deux demi-bouteilles

Or spend a day in the Loire with a natural wine maker. You'll take an early morning train from Paris to Blois [1 1/2 hours]. From there I'll whisk you off to the small-scale domaine of one of many great natural winemaker friends in the region for an intimate day with him or her. We'll make lunch with seasonal products from the region and enjoy our meal with the winemaker, our dishes accompanied by his or her wines.

We'll converse the winemaker about natural wine: philosophy, history, farming and vinification methods, terroir, as well as stories of the region. We'll visit the vineyards, There'll be tastings in the wine cellar and wines to buy. When the sun tends toward the horizon I'll settle you back into the train heading to Paris.
